We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen in life, and you have to change plans.
When it comes to your Birks Cinema tickets, while we don’t offer refunds, we do now have a new option you can use to credit your tickets to your account. That way, when you decide to book to see another film at a later date, you can use this new feature to use a credit amount when it comes to payment.
To do this, please follow the instructions below:
To Swap and Credit your Birks Cinema tickets, please visit your orders. You can do that by clicking on this link and logging in to our ticketing site.
- Please click on the screening you would like to cancel.
- Select “Swap or Credit”, then confirm by clicking “Start Refund”.
- On the next page, please make sure you select all the tickets you wish to receive a credit for.
- Once you are done, please click “Refund ‘£your amount’ to credit”.
That’s it! That’s all you need to do! Now you have swapped your tickets for credit in your Birks Cinema account.
Next time you choose a film to watch, proceed as usual to the payment screen. Here, you will see a big green button, “Pay ‘£your amount’ with credit”. You can also see your remaining credit balance right below this button. Please choose this option if you wish to use your customer credit for your last cancelled show.
